1. One entry per company.
2. The winner shall be selected randomly.
3. Domain name registration and website/email hosting is not included.
4. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash.
5. No cash alternative will be given!
6. Your company must be located in the Republic of Ireland.
   
7. If you want to enter the competition you may only enter via the www.nicecubedesign.com website on the applicable competition form.
8. The closing date is 31st December 2009, and Nicecube Design reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
9. If you win the competition, we will notify you by e-mail and/or telephone.
10. The prize must be redeemed and the associated 'web design' project commenced within 3 months from the date of the announcement of the winning entry.
11. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
12. Nicecube Design reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
13. Nicecube Design reserves to contact all entrants with promotional information in the future.
14. Nicecube Design will endeavour to deliver the prize within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
